A black-and-white nightmarish descent into an urban underbelly that might as well be hell on earth. After being paired with a rookie cop, veteran Cham Lau finds himself in pursuit of an elusive killer who's targeting 'lost' women in the slums and dumping their bodies under masses of garbage. His efforts are further complicated when he crosses paths with a criminal who had once been one of his cases, but who know may provide invaluable help in the investigation and offer a chance for redemption.
