Wing Commander

In this futuristic outer space dogfight adventure, the Earth is at war with the Kilrathi, a race that look like tigers on two legs. A new batch of pilots is being sent out to the warzone, but on the way, they discover that the ship they are on is a sort of Trojan Horse that would destroy not only the Kilrathi, but a big chunk of the galaxy as well. That's just not nice, so these young cadets decide to do something about it (and hopefully win the war at the same time, of course).
