We're No Angels

On the notorious Devil's Island, three convicts, Joseph (Humphrey Bogart), Albert (Aldo Ray), and Jules (Peter Ustinov), meticulously plan their daring escape. Their scheme takes an unexpected turn when they seek refuge with Felix (Leo G. Carroll), a well-meaning but bumbling storekeeper, and his family. Felix, under the thumb of his domineering cousin Andre (Basil Rathbone), faces mounting troubles, which escalate when Andre recklessly steals Albert's cherished and deadly pet snake, triggering dire consequences. In the aftermath, the trio resolves Felix's dilemmas, only to conclude that the outside world's cruelty surpasses even their prison's walls, prompting their reluctant return to captivity.
