Waterworld

In a world submerged by water after the polar ice caps have melted, humanity clings to survival on the vast ocean. Among the few who endure is the Mariner (Kevin Costner), a solitary figure uniquely adapted to this aquatic existence with gills. Despite his reclusive nature, he forms an uneasy alliance with Helen (Jeanne Tripplehorn) and her young companion, Enola (Tina Majorino), as they flee from a dangerous artificial island. Their journey turns perilous when the ruthless Smokers, convinced that Enola possesses the secret to locating the fabled Dryland, relentlessly hunt them across the endless sea.
