Wake Up Sid

Wake Up Sid is a forthcoming Hindi film that stars Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in pivotal roles. Produced under Karan Johars Dharma Productions and directed by debutante Ayaan Mukherjee, who earlier was assistant director of Ashutosh Gowariker in Swades and Karan Johar in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.The movie is scheduled to release on October 2, 2009.

The film is Mumbai-based romance about urban relationships and revolves around a good looking young guy (Ranbir Kapoor) who falls for an older and simple woman (Konkona Sen Sharma), a writer from Kolkata. 4 Anupam Kher will be seen as father of Ranbir Kapoor.
