Rudy Russo, a used car salesman with ambitions to run for State Senate, seeks financial support from his boss, Luke, to fund his campaign with a $10,000 loan. Luke agrees to help, but soon falls victim to a suspicious accident arranged by his brother Roy, who operates a rival car lot across the street. Roy, in league with the mayor, aims to seize Luke's property to benefit from a planned interstate project. Following Luke's mysterious disappearance, tensions escalate into a fierce rivalry between the two car dealerships, with Rudy and his team resorting to every dirty trick in the book to prevent Roy from taking over. The conflict intensifies further when Luke's daughter arrives on the scene, adding a new layer to the ongoing battle over the property.
