Up in the World

Failing at his job, Norman decides to seek another. He applies for a job as the wealthy Lady Banderville's window cleaner. When he travels out to her estate he finds it surrounded by high walls, barbed wire and electric fences. These, Lady Banderville explains, are because she fears that someone will try to kidnap her foolhardy son, Sir Reginald, a born practical joker.
