Dana (Lydia Leonard) is the fragile ex-patient still struggling with the delusion that she and her friends - Nathalie (Jaime King) and kind-hearted Paige (Annabelle Wallis) - murdered a young boy when they were children. But when the three reunited women decide to play the twisted 'Truth-or-Dare' -type game that led to Dana's original breakdown, the line between fact and fiction soon turns frighteningly deadly.
