The Wind in the Willows [TV]

Spring has come and Mole decides wishes to ignore the spring cleaning for a little longer. He soon finds his good friend rat, and they begin a series of small but relaxing adventures. They have a great and exciting time until their friend Toad becomes obsessed with his new car Toads wild behavior and his reckless driving makes Mole and Rat search out Badger for help in controlling the excitable Toad. They are too late to help Toad when he receives a 20-year sentence from the magistrate for theft, reckless driving, and Gross Impertinence. While Toad works his wiles on the jailer's daughter and escapes jail dressed as a washer woman, Badger tries to guard Toad Hall from the machinations of the Weasels. Saving Toad Hall will require a plan of attack and the cooperation of all four comrades.
