Ten years ago Aiden Hakansson's wife and daughter were kidnapped and killed in Italy during an holiday in Italy. Since then, Aiden has isolated himself from the rest of the world and every night he wakes up overwhelmed by memories and nightmares. His only aim now is to prepare for the moment when he can take his revenge. Following a phone call from an Italian commissioner, Aiden returns to Italy, in Taranto, to the crime scene to find out the truth about what had happened years before. Thus begins his very personal hunt for the guilty and the discovery of an unexpected truth.
