The Sukaharta family, comprising Tony, Linda, and their children Sally, Billy, and Kenny, adhere to an extreme frugality that shapes their daily existence. Despite their modest yet content life, a significant salary cut forces Tony and his family out of their cherished rented home into a cramped former birdcage above a shop. Facing economic hardship and spatial constraints, they lean on their inherited strategy, TRIK (Family Frugal Tactics), to save enough to reclaim their old home.
