The Spanish Princess

This historical miniseries recounts the early life of Catherine of Aragon, famed first wife of Henry VIII. Princess Catherine, who has been betrothed to the English king since childhood, has high hopes of her new life in England. Instead, the teenaged Catherine faces a loveless marriage to unfaithful King Henry. The devoutly Catholic princess finds herself struggling to find her place in an English court that is quickly succumbing to Protestant ideas.
