The Shift

While working a 12 hour night shift at the hospital emergency room, a veteran nurse and a new nurse are at odds. The veteran nurse believes he should do what is best for his patients; even if it mean letting them die. This goes against the new nurse's belief of doing whatever it takes to save a life. Confronted with a girl dying of cancer, beliefs are tested and actions challenged.
