The Return of the Soldier

A wealthy Englishman Chris Baldry (Alan Bates) returns home from World War I with amnesia that has stolen the last twenty years of his memory. Unable to simply pick up his life where he left off, he finds himself caught between an uncomprehending wife (Julie Christie), an adoring cousin (Ann-Margret), and an old flame (Glenda Jackson) with whom he rekindles a long-ago romance.
