The Private Eyes

Two bumbling Scotland Yard investigators set out to solve a murder. They arrive at a Gothic mansion occupied by a grieving heiress whose parents have just died under suspicious circumstances. As a mysterious, black-cloaked killer dispatches the staff, the inept investigators search for clues while exploring a frightful torture chamber and attempting to communicate with Scotland Yard via carrier pigeons which never seem to reach their destination.
