The Lost Holliday

When Cassandra Marshall (Vivica A. Fox) arrives in Los Angeles to plan the funeral for her estranged son, Damien Holliday (Jabari Redd), she discovers that the arrangements are already being made by her son's husband, Jason Holliday (Jussie Smollett) -- a man and marriage she knew nothing about. As Cassandra navigates her son's unexpected life with Jason and their adopted daughter, Arielle, she receives support from Jason's sister, Cheyenne (Brittany Hall), and his best friend, Duck (Marquise Vilson). Through these new relationships, Cassandra learns more about her son in death than she ever did during his life.
