The Last Hammer Blow

When 13-year-old Victor walks through the doors of the Montpellier Opera House, he knows nothing about music. Nor does he know that his father has come to conduct the 6th Symphony by Mahler. He watches him from a distance, discovers the world of rehearsals. When Nadia, his mother, tells him that they must shift from their house beside the sea, Victor grows worried. He's worried about his mother, whom he feels is hiding something from him. But he's also worried about what will become of the budding relationship between himself and Luna, a Spanish neighbor. Victor hence decides to introduce himself to his father for the first time...
