The Fence

In a gritty, dust-covered town in West Africa, a tense confrontation unfolds at a white-managed construction site. A local man, Albouny (Isaach De Bankolé), arrives with a resolute demand for the return of his brother Nouofia's body, who died under mysterious circumstances in a workplace accident. Behind the site's protective fence, the uneasy foreman, Horn (Matt Dillon), grapples with Albouny's unyielding determination and calm persistence. Though shielded by his position, Horn's discomfort hints at a dark secret he is unwilling to reveal, casting a shadow over the already strained encounter.
