The Exorcist

This American horror/drama series is based on the novel by William Peter Blatty. This psychological thriller details the lives of two completely opposite priests who are working to solve a demonic possession that is plaguing the Rance family. Father Tomas Ortega is progressive in the Catholic Church, very compassionate to those who seek his council and incredibly ambitious. Father Marcus Keane is a modern day version of a Templar Knight, he was raised by the Vatican to wage war against evil enemies. As the priests attempt to fight the evil lurking within the family, they soon discover that things are not quite what they seem, the family may be hiding some very dark secrets.
