The Contractor

Former sniper James Dial (Snipes) has been carrying around the ghosts of his last botched job ever since he failed to kill the leader of a worldwide terrorist group. After leaving the business and shacking up in Montana, Dial is wooed back when he's offered the chance to make good on his failure when word gets out that the British government are holding the same terrorist in captivity. What Dial doesn't know is that he'll soon be framed for murder, putting him on the run in the underbelly of London with the British polish hot on his heels. Alone and unsure of whom to trust, his only ally is a 12-year old girl that aides him as they hunt down proof of his innocence.
