Les Canadiens de Montréal, is an icon for the legacy of hope and perseverance it has nourished our nation since 1909. This NHL team remains today a wish come true for young Canadians who dream on becoming one of its star players.

17 year old William is one of them. He has the talent and the will to do so but as a lone child he must tame his self-centered attitude in order to learn the meaning of team playing. William's mother, a nurse, introduces him to Daniel, a ten year old boy suffering from a severe kidney disease. Daniel is the eldest of six brothers and sisters, a loving family living in Val D'Or, a remote city. He dreams to attend a match at the Bell Center where he could see his heroes play. But Daniel has a game of his own to win: survive.

A few days away from Christmas despite the strength he puts to reassure his mother and father that everything will be fine, he knows that without at least one kidney transplant he can die.

Through their common passion for hockey, Daniel will become William's surrogate brother and their curiosity will bring us to celebrate some of the greatest moments of the history of this legendary hockey team.

The Canadiens, Forever a story where one discovers that very little can be achieved in life if you think you can do it all by yourself.
