The Addams Family

The eccentric lifestyle of the Addams family is threatened by a greedy con-man in this big-screen adaptation of the classic 60s TV show and Charles Addams' enduringly funny New Yorker cartoons. When long-lost Uncle Fester (Christopher Lloyd) reappears after 25 years in the Bermuda Triangle, Gomez and Morticia (Oscar winner Anjelica Huston, PRIZZI'S HONOR, THE ROYAL TENENBAUMS) plan a celebration to wake the dead. But Wednesday (Christina Ricci, MONSTER) barely has time to warm up her electric chair before the family starts to realize this Fester might be part of an evil scheme to raid their fortune.
