Tequila: The Story of a Passion

1942.Tequila is a small town in Mexico where a man's honor is of utmost importance. Antonio, a well-respected young chief has an affair with Lola, wife to Antonio's uncle Victor, the town hero. With each lie, Antonio involves himself in more suspicions, lies, and obsessions, risking everything in his life. In an act of desperation, Antonio runs off with Lola leaving behind his entire life, with the sole intent of securing her safety. Fearing his uncle's disappointment, he decides to turn his back on the matter. What he does not know however, is that only the truth can save him.
