Billy is the leader of a teenage homeless group. Jacob and Rae are Billy's oldest childhood friends. Billy has AIDs, which he has passed on to his blood brother Jacob. Billy's philosophy devises a very unique game of 'Tag', where they 'gift' strangers with infected blood. Jacob fights to win this deadly game to stop Billy from spreading the disease.
