Summertree

The story of a young music student (Michael Douglas) who faces a crisis when he's called up to serve in the Vietnam war. His parents try to understand their son, but can't bridge the generation gap. The father talks him out of fleeing to Canada, but their values are refuted by news of the boy's death in Vietnam.
