Sam and Kieran are two carefree teenagers who waste away their days in an English seaside town fishing, doing drugs and chasing girls. Sam is peaceful and compassionate, while Kieran is violent and unpredictable. When a strange girl drifts into their lives, the teenagers compete for her affection which leads the three of them down a path of destruction.
