Saving Hope

At Hope Zion Hospital in Toronto, chaos erupts when Chief of Surgery Charlie Harris suffers a car accident and falls into a coma. His fiancée, Dr. Alex Reid, oversees patient care while striving to revive him. Complications arise from intertwined staff relationships, including Reid's ex-lover, orthopedic surgeon Joel Goran, and Harris's ex-wife, cardiologist Dawn Bell. As doctors and nurses fight to save Harris's life, he wanders the hospital halls uncertain if he is a ghost or trapped in his imagination.
