The deputy director of the NSA, Frank Kovac (London), wakes to the news that his daughter has been kidnapped and is being held captive for a ransom. The kidnappers demand that for the safe return of his child, Kovac must provide sensitive information that would not just betray the privacy of US citizens, but also make the agency's secret operations and policies public knowledge. In a race against time, Kovac must come up with a plan to save his daughter while at the same time maintaining the security and safety of the nation.
