Manon, an introverted 16-year-old teenager, finds herself forced to live with her unbearable grandmother Yvonne, a former feminist activist suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The situation becomes more complicated when Yvonne, confused, begins to mistake Manon for her daughter. Against all expectations, Manon enters into Yvonne's delusions and replays the role of her mother whom she barely knew. It is an opportunity for her to discover the true history of the women in her family and to learn, in turn, how to become one.
