Renovation

At 29, Ilona (Žygimantė Elena Jakštaitė) steps into a new chapter by moving into a quaint flat in Vilnius with her boyfriend, Matas (Šarūnas Zenkevičius). Eager to embrace a settled life as their relationship deepens, her plans are shaken by a disruptive renovation project engulfing their apartment building. Amidst the chaos, Ilona forms an unexpected bond with Oleg, a Ukrainian construction worker, whose presence ignites her poetic inspiration and fills a void she feels with Matas. As the Soviet-era facade of the building transforms, cracks emerge in Ilona's seemingly perfect world, forcing her to confront her true desires and the life she envisions.
