Quadrophenia

Set in the 1960s, the story captures the restless energy of British working-class youth through the life of Jimmy, portrayed by Phil Daniels (replacing Roger Daltrey from the original rock opera). As a member of the stylish, rebellious Mods gang, Jimmy is caught in a fierce rivalry with the rough-edged Rockers, a conflict that erupts over three chaotic days in the seaside town of Brighton. Amid the turmoil, he finds romance with Steph (Leslie Ash) and forms a bond with the charismatic Mod leader Ace Face (Sting). After facing disillusionment in his London neighborhood, Jimmy returns to Brighton, seeking to rebuild from the fragments of his turbulent life.
