"Perpetual Motion" serves as a metaphor for the powerful institutions and influential men who dominate our lives from birth to death -- and sometimes even beyond. These include religion, imperialist governments, insurance companies, and banks. The film explores themes of deception, greed, and control, illustrating how a few individuals manipulate and exploit others to take what is most precious: the years of our lives. In a world where the highest bidder can purchase more life and eternal youth, "Perpetual Motion" reveals the true nature of these real-life 'vampires,' contrasting them with their fictional counterparts.
