When an elderly dog owner (Norman Kaye) is kidnapped and killed, it's up to his gifted pooch, PC, to safely deliver a computer disk with clues to his hidden treasure to the teenaged Zac (Nathan Cavaleri). But, Anja, the villainess (Sandy Gore), is soon hot on their tails and the duo must uncover the secret before it's too late!
