Set in 1972 New York, this documentary examines the multifaceted world of John and Yoko, encompassing their musical, personal, artistic, social, and political endeavors against the backdrop of a turbulent period in American history. Central to the film is the One to One Charity Concert for special-needs children, which stands as John Lennon's only full-length performance between the final Beatles concert in 1966 and his passing. The documentary features a rich collection of previously unseen Lennon archives, including personal phone calls, home movies shot by John and Yoko, and restored, remastered footage from the One to One concert, with the audio remixed under the supervision of Sean Ono Lennon.
