Marie, at 80, is sick and tired of her illness. Her plan? Head to Switzerland to end it all. But when she tries to tell Bruno, her flaky son, and Anna, her teenage granddaughter going through a rough patch, she chickens out and spins a massive lie. She claims they need to go to Switzerland to claim a mysterious inheritance from a bank, and convinces them to go on a family trip. Rudy, a caregiver she met just the day before, gets roped into the ruse. He ends up driving their old family camper, taking them all on a wild, unexpected adventure.
