Janet Michaels is a mentally challenged 21-year-old has been recently fired. Worried about her future her parents send her to a facility that houses mentally challenged people. There she meets Andrew Madison & the two begin a relationship as they attempt to navigate a world that doesn't understand them, including their parents who are trying to keep them apart.
