Two old criminals are spending their last night in L.A. at the Golden Eagle Hotel before leaving town for a life without crime. But on the hottest night of the summer, in the crumbling splendor of the Golden Eagle where prostitutes, pimps, drunken bums and young runaways collide, you never know who's going to turn up dead.
