Yuka Mitamura (Hiroko Yakushimaru), a reserved middle school student with psychic abilities, faces a new challenge when a fellow student, possessing similar powers, disrupts the student government election by using her skills. In response, Yuka and her friends are determined to intervene. The unfolding events surrounding the election present a significant test for Yuka, pushing her abilities to their limits.
