Naked

Johnny (Thewlis) is a vagrant who flees the scene of a crime in Manchester to crash at the London flat of his former girlfriend (Lesley Sharp), where he promptly seduces her roommate (Katrin Cartlidge). Perpetually on the run, his life is meaningless and without direction. But, within this existential vacuum, Johnny's anger serves as a perverse source of strength. His relentlessly inquisitive mind turns him into a kind of urban philosopher king, confronting people with stark, uncompromising truths about life and its senselessness. His adventures, as he awaits the return of his ex, are as darkly humorous as they are disturbing.
