Mother of All Lies

Adopted teenager Sara seeks out her birth mother, Abby, only to discover that Abby is in prison for bank robbery and manslaughter. During Abby's parole hearing, Sara assists her in securing her release. Sara decides to spend the summer with Abby before heading off to college. However, danger soon follows when Abby reunites with her former partner in crime, Carl. After Carl is found dead, both Abby and Sara become suspects and are pursued by the police and Carl's associates.
