Trucker Charles Napier unknowingly becomes involved in a blackmail plot. He battles a Nazi who is hiding in Mexico. The subplot involves the disappearance of a reclusive billionaire. Napier learned to drive a tractor trailer for the role, which has been called one of the most accurate depictions of trucking on film.
