Brothers Mike and Mitch McLusky operate a business that straddles the lines between legal and illegal activity in this dangerous environment. The McLuskys are the unofficial powerbrokers that serve as the go-betweens among prison officials, cops and criminals. Gangs inside the prisons wield as much power as the police, prison guards and wardens. The McLusky boys also have a cop brother. Business is always edgy and complicated in Kingstown.
