Malek, a Lebanese immigrant in Montreal, is sure that he could have saved his sister's life. Ever since, he's been in a fog, consumed with guilt, living like a hermit. All that changes when he meets Geneviève, a psychologist, and Shohreh, a young Iranian woman he's instantly attracted to: they force him to confront his demons and help him gradually get back on his feet. After Marécages and Ville-Marie, Guy Édoin adapts, with co-writer Claude Lalonde, the novel by Rawi Hage. A touching drama, starring Tawfik Jallab, Karine Vanasse, Mani Soleymanlou, Hiba Abouk and Manal Issa.
