Legacy of Lies

A form MI6 agent and assassin, Martin Baxter, find himself forced back into the espionage game when a reporter comes to him about a high-profile case. The sudden illness of a Russian opposition activist has been designated a murder. The reporter believes that hidden secret services are conducting illegal operations. Fearful for the safety of his daughter given unfolding events, Martin tries to take her to safety only to be intercepted by the KGB. They kidnap his daughter and give him an ultimatum: Martin must bring a secure case of top secret files and the reporter, dead or alive, to the KGB within 24 hours or they will kill his little girl.
