When Sara (Kim Ho-jung) learns that her adult daughter Sumi has had a severe fall and is now in a coma at a hospital in Winnipeg, she immediately flies from South Korea to be by her side. Despite struggling with the language barrier, the harsh weather, and unfamiliar local customs, the determined and energetic Sara is committed to taking care of her daughter. While Sumi remains unconscious in the hospital, Sara takes it upon herself to organize her daughter's apartment, manage her smartphone, create a Tinder profile for her, and even starts searching for a suitable Korean husband for Sumi.
