Kesari Veer

Set in the late 14th century, the film depicts Hamirji Gohil's journey, a warrior from Arthilain Gujarat, who aims to protect Hinduism amid the Tughlaq Empire's expansion under Zafar Khan, the Subedar of Gujarat. As Zafar Khan enforces Islamic conversion and destroys temples, Hamirji attempts to unite Gujarat's kings against him but faces rejection. Determined, Hamirji arrives at Somnath Temple during Mahashivratri to rally Hindu forces. Despite defeating Rasool Khan's surprise attack, Zafar Khan orders the destruction of all temples, starting with Somnath. With only 200 soldiers and aid from Vegdabhil, Hamirji confronts the overwhelming Tughlaq army, fighting valiantly until his death to preserve the Somnath Temple and Hindu faith.
