Justified: City Primeval

Eight years after leaving Kentucky, Givens has relocated to Miami, where he juggles his responsibilities as a marshal with being a part-time father to his 14-year-old daughter. A random encounter on a Florida highway changes the course of his journey as he finds himself in Detroit, where he intersects with Clement Mansell, also known as The Oklahoma Wildman. Mansell is a dangerous sociopath who has evaded capture by Detroit's law enforcement in the past and is determined to do so once more.
