Fiancés Alex (Dani Rovira) and Eva (Maria Valverde) met as foreign exchange students in London, England years earlier, and to cap their romantic fairytale they have planned to bring friends and family together for the wedding in the same destination. In classic romantic comedy fashion, their love will be tested in numerous daunting ways before they can exchange their vows of commitment, among them a nightmarish Spanish mother-in-law-to-be, airport strikes, volcanic ash, blackout bachelorette parties and a variety of lost-intranslation double-entendres.
