Ick

In the 2000s, Hank Wallace (Brandon Routh), a promising high school quarterback from Eastbrook, suffers a career-ending injury caused by the "Ick," a parasitic, plant-like substance spreading through his hometown. Years later, Hank teaches science at Eastbrook High, while his ex-girlfriend Staci (Mena Suvari) and her husband Ted (Peter Wong) thrive. The Ick, now nationwide, remains ignored due to its apparent harmlessness. Hank uncovers a potential connection to Staci's daughter Grace, a student, sparking a paternity question. As the Ick grows dangerously, attacking residents and overtaking a prom, Hank and friends fight to survive, revealing personal truths amid the chaos.
