Slash Gallagher (Evan Lurie), a mad psycho-terrorist, is brought to justice by rookie cop Kurt Decoda (Joe Lara). Convicted, Slash's prison term is to be served in the meanest form of detainment: Holographic Stasis. His mind and soul are stored on a computer while his twisted brain is to be reprogrammed. Slash's gang of killers, intent on freeing their leader, break his mind and soul out of the computer's clutches, but his body is destroyed. Now, he stalks the streets as an electro-magnetic hologram. Able to walk through walls, and with no fear of bullets, Slash has the power of a god.

The only man who can bring him down is the cop who put him away--Decoda. Only this time Decoda's plan isn't to send him back to jail... it's to send him to hell!
